70-year-old Ruka is joyful, fair, and litter-free

This winter, all 10-year-old children ski for free with us!

We continue to speak about our values through concrete actions during our anniversary year. 10-year-olds from our nearby areas have skied with us for free since 2019, and this coming winter, all 10-year-olds will ski for free! Every child born in 2014 will receive a complimentary season pass for the entire winter, allowing them to ski at both Ruka and Pyhä throughout the 2024-2025 ski season.

Important themes for us, such as supporting the activity and well-being of children and families, developing the sports culture, and caring for the environment, will be evident in the coming season as well. 70-year-old Ruka is joyful, fair, and litter-free – with us, screen time decreases, and joy time increases!

Pre-information form for the free season pass for 10-year-olds

Guardian: Please fill out the form no later than the day before the planned season pass pickup date.

The season pass should be collected from the ticket office you selected at either Ruka or Pyhä. When collecting the pass, a photo of the pass holder will be taken for the season pass, so the child/children must be present. The child’s Kela card or passport is required when picking up the season pass.

The free RukaPyhä season pass is intended for all children born in 2014.

Ruka 70 + Ruka Park 30 = 100

This coming winter season, Ruka will turn 70 years old, and Ruka Park will turn 30 years old. There will be events, special benefits, and time travel to the slopes of Ruka decades ago!
